Vintage is here

I had a really great weekend last week, spending it with my extended family in Augusta, Georgia. There really is something to be said about stuffing your face with your family and just generally relaxing for 4 days. Wonderful. Highlights included:
-being pulled by a boat on a tube (I was basically airborne the whole time)
-kicking my dad's butt at bowling
-having lots and lots of food all the time
-LOVE...haha, but true

Okay, now the exciting news. We finally finally have put up vintage clothing! My awesome amazing friend, Kacie supplied us with her bangin modeling skills.

Last week was a good one for us at Starlight Vintage. We sold our first 2 vintage items! whoo-hoo!!!! This amazing carpet bag went to Massachusetts:

The beginning...

The first official blog post! How outstanding! Ha. I plan on using this to keep everyone updated on the ongoing saga that is Starlight Vintage... but it will probably end up being mixed in with a bunch of randomness from my life. That's how I do...

The weekend is rounding itself up here in Greensboro. The beautiful weather has transformed itself into a ridiculously loud thunderstorm. I wonder if I should really be on my computer right now...? So anyway, thanks to that and being at the pool yesterday for a good 4 hours, I have yet to get anything else photographed. I've been working on these cute cute cute 4th of July earrings. (Aaaamerica!) Hopefully those will be up on Etsy this week.
The rest of the weekend I spent, eating candy, cleaning my room (oooh it looks good) and painting my nails Ulta "Peach Parfait," and making cupcakes! I made a dozen in ice cream cones. Mmm. Yummy! A fellow etsian, Tallistreasures put our Movie Popcorn earrings in her "At the Drive In" treasury. Yay!
